Amendment in section 2 of Act. XII of 1989.--In the Bank of Punjab Act, 1989 (XII of 1989) hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section -1, in clause (j), for the words "Managing Director" wherever occurring, the word "President" shall be substituted.
