ORDINANCE IV OF 2005 ORDINANCE IV OF 2005 Bank Of Punjab (Amendment) Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance further to amend The Bank of Punjab, Act, 1989 [Gazette of Punjab, Extraordinary, 13th August, 2005. 3. Amendment in section 4 of Act XII of 1989.--In the said Act, in section 4, in subsection (1), for the words "two thousand million rupees divided into two hundred million ordinary shares", the words "ten thousand million rupees divided into one thousand million ordinary shares" shall be substituted.
