ORDINANCE IV OF 2005 ORDINANCE IV OF 2005 Bank Of Punjab (Amendment) Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance further to amend The Bank of Punjab, Act, 1989 [Gazette of Punjab, Extraordinary, 13th August, 2005. 5. Amendment in section 11 of Act XII of 1989.--In the said Act, in section 11, in subsections (1), (2) and (3) for the words "Managing Director" wherever occurring, the word "President" shall be substituted.
