ORDINANCE XVII OF 2005 ORDINANCE XVII OF 2005 Alternative Energy Development Board Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance to provide for establishment of Alternative Energy Development Board [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 29th August, 2005] CHPATER II ALTERNATIVE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT BOARD 5. Terms and conditions of office of Chairman.---The Chairman shall be appointed by the Federal Government. The terms and conditions of the Chairman and his remuneration and privileges shall be such as may be determined by the Federal Government.
