Delegation of powers.---(1) The Board may delegate all or any of its powers and functions to the Chairman or such other officer of the Board subject to such conditions and limitations, as it may prescribe. (2) The Chairman may delegate all or any of his powers and functions under this Ordinance to any Member or Officer of the Board, subject to such conditions and limitations as may be prescribed.
