ORDINANCE XVII OF 2005 ORDINANCE XVII OF 2005 Alternative Energy Development Board Ordinance 2005 An Ordinance to provide for establishment of Alternative Energy Development Board [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part I, 29th August, 2005] CHAPTER IV MISCELLANEOUS 17. Annual Report.---On conclusion of each calendar year, the Chairman shall submit an annual report to the Federal Government in respect of all activities of the Board including the status of its existing programmes, projects and future plans formulated in furtherance of its aims and objectives.
