ORDINANCE V OF 2006 ORDINANCE V OF 2006 Balochistan Education Foundation (Amendment) Ordinance 2006 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Education Foundation Act, 1994 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 8th May, 2006] No. Legis.l-93/Law/92, dated 8-5-2006:--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 3rd May, 2006, is hereby published for general information:-‑ Whereas if is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Education Foundation Act, 1994, in the manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan is not in .session and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-‑
