ORDINANCE V OF 2006 ORDINANCE V OF 2006 Balochistan Education Foundation (Amendment) Ordinance 2006 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Education Foundation Act, 1994 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 8th May, 2006] 3. Substitution of section 4 of Act VII of 1994:--In the said Act, for section 4, the following shall be substituted:-‑ "4. Management.---The administration, management and affairs of the Foundation shall vest in the Board which may exercise the powers and do all acts and things which may be exercised or done by the Foundation. "
