ORDINANCE I OF 2006 ORDINANCE I OF 2006 Balochistan Prohibition Of Kite Flying Activities Ordinance 2006 An Ordinance to prohibit the Kite Flying in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 1st February, 2006] No. Legis.2-121/Law/2005, dated 1-2-2006.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 31st January, 2006, is hereby published for general information:-‑ Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient further to prohibit .the Kite Flying in the Province of Balochistan for the safety of human life, public and private properties in the manner hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Provincial Assembly of-the Balochistan is not in session .and the Governor of the Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 128 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of the Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-‑
