ORDINANCE I OF 2006 ORDINANCE I OF 2006 Balochistan Prohibition Of Kite Flying Activities Ordinance 2006 An Ordinance to prohibit the Kite Flying in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 1st February, 2006] No. Legis.2-121/Law/2005, dated 1-2-2006.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 31st January, 2006, is hereby published for general information:-‑ 3. Cognizable and non-bailable offence.---Notwithstanding any thing contained in any other law for the time being in force an offence under this Ordinance shall be cognizable and would be tried summarily under Chapter XXII of .the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act V of 1898).
