ORDINANCE I OF 2006 ORDINANCE I OF 2006 Balochistan Prohibition Of Kite Flying Activities Ordinance 2006 An Ordinance to prohibit the Kite Flying in the Province of Balochistan [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 1st February, 2006] No. Legis.2-121/Law/2005, dated 1-2-2006.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 31st January, 2006, is hereby published for general information:-‑ 7. Mode of making search and arrests.--The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, except those of section 103, shall mutatis mutandis apply to all searches and arrests in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of section 5.
