BALOCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS (APPOINTMENT, PROMOTION AND TRANSFER) RULES, 2009 BALOCHISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS (APPOINTMENT, PROMOTION AND TRANSFER) RULES, 2009 (Amendment of R.13) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 8th November, 2018] No. SO(R-I)5(39)S&GAD-2018/2378-2477, dated 8.11.2018.--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No. IX of 1974), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendment in the Balochistan Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 2009, namely:- in the aforesaid rules:- in rule 13, in sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "Five percent (5%) of total number of posts in all Government departments, shall be reserved for disabled persons, as provided under subsection (3) of Section 10 of the Balochistan Disabled Persons with Disabilities Act, 2017 (Act No. II of 2017), in case the vacancies reserved for Disabled Persons cannot be filled on account of non-availability of qualified Disabled applicants, on having been advertised twice, the said vacancies shall be treated as non-reserved and filled on open provincial merit."
