ACT III OF 2010 ACT III OF 2010 BALOCHISTAN PROSECUTION SERVICE (CONSTITUTION, FUNCTION AND POWERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 An Act to amend the Balochistan Prosecution Service (Constitution, Function and Powers) Act, 2003 (Balochistan Act No. VI of 2003) for the purposes hereinafter appearing [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th April, 2010] No.PAB/Legis:V(3)2010, dated 7-4-2010.---The Balochistan Prosecution Service (Constitution) Function and Powers) (Amendment) Bill, 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 30th March, 2010 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan on 7th April, 2010 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly;-- It is hereby enacted as follows: 2. Amendment of section 6(1) Act VI of 2003.---In the Balochistan Prosecution Service (Constitution, Function and Powers) Act, 2003, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in subsection (1) of section 6 for the words "through a competitive examination held by the Balochistan Public Service Commission" the words "through a written examination and interview held by the Balochistan Public Service Commission" shall be substituted.
