ACT II OF 2010 ACT II OF 2010 ALI INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION LAHORE ACT 2010 An Act to provide for the establishment of the All Institute of Education Lahore [Gazette of Punjab, Extraordinary, 15th February, 2010] No.PAP-Legis-2(07)12008/175, dated 15-2-2010.---The Ali Institute of Education Lahore Bill 2008, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab on 10 February, 2010, and assented to by the Governor of the Punjab on 13 February, 2010, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient to provide for the establishment of the Ali Institute of Education Lahore in the private sector and the connected matters; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 18. Budget, audit and accounts.---The budget of the Institute shall be approved and its accounts shall be maintained and audited in such manner as may be determined by the Board.
