ACT III OF 2008 ACT III OF 2008 BALOCHISTAN ASSEMBLY SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES, ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (V of 1975). [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary 20th September 2008] No.PAB/Legis:V(3)/2008, dated 20-9-2008.--Having been passed the Balochistan Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill No.3 of 2008, by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1st September, 2008 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan on 16th September, 2008, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Assembly Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act 1975, (V of 1975) in the manner here-in-after appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:--
