[Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary 20th September, 2008] No.PAB/Legis:V(2)/2008, dated 20-9-2008.--Having been passed the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill 2008 Bill No.2 of 2008, by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1st September, 2008 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan on 16th September, 2008, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble. Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister & Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act 1975, in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 2. Amendment of the section 8 Act-III of 1975.---In the Balochistan Chief Minister & Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in section 8-A for the words "twenty five thousand rupees" the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
