ACT III OF 2007 ACT III OF 2007 BALOCHISTAN GOVERNMENT EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Government Educational and Training Institution Ordinance 1960 (XI of 1960) [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary 14th June, 2007] No. PAB/Legis:V (40)/2007, dated 14-6-2007.---The Balochistan Government Educational and Training Institutions (Amendment) Bill No.4 of 2007 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 2nd June, 2007 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, on 5th June, 2007, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient to further amend the Balochistan Government Educational and Training Institutions Ordinance 1960 (XI of 1960) in the manner hereinafter appearing; 3. Substitution of section 4 of Ordinance XI of 1960.---In the said Ordinance, for section 4 the following shall be substituted namely: 4. The Board shall consist of:-- (1) Governor Balochistan Chairman (2) Minister for Education Vice-Chairman (3) Chief Secretary Balochistan. Member (4) Additional Chief Secretary (Dev) P&D.
