[Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 5th July, 2008] No. PAB/Legis:V(1)/2008, dated 5-7-2008.--Having been passed the Balochistan Institute of Information Technology and Management Sciences, (Amendment) Bill 2008, Bill No.1 of 2008, by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 1st July, 2008 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, on 3rd July, 2008 is hereby published as an Act of the provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient to amend the Balochistan Institute of Information Technology and Management Sciences Ordinance, 2002 (No. X of 2002) in the manner hereinafter appearing: It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 2. Amendment of Section 2 of Ordinance, No. X of 2002.---In the Balochistan Institute of Information Technology and Management Sciences Ordinance, 2002 hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance, the words "Project Director" wherever appearing in the said Ordinance shall be substituted by the words "Rector/Principal"
