ACT VIII OF 2005 ACT VIII OF 2005 BALOCHISTAN RESIDENTIAL COLLEGES ACT 2005 An Act to provide for the establishment of the Residential Colleges in Balochistan. [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary 12th May, 2006] No.PAB/Legis;V(30)/2005, dated 12-5-2006.--The Balochistan Residential Colleges Bill, No. 7 of 2005 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 15th April, 2006 and assented to by the Governor of Balochisstan, is hereby published as an Act No.VIII of 2005 the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient to provide for the establishment of the Residential Colleges in Balochistan to promote education: It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 11. Deputation of Government Servants.---Any person serving under government may be transferred by the government for service in the colleges on such terms and conditions as Government may determine; Provided that where a Government servant is required to serve the colleges, his terms and conditions of service as to his pay shall not be less favourable than those to which he would have been entitled if he had not been so required to serve: Provided further that the government servant who is so required to serve shall be entitled to deputation allowance as the Government may determine.
