ACT VIII OF 2005 ACT VIII OF 2005 BALOCHISTAN RESIDENTIAL COLLEGES ACT 2005 An Act to provide for the establishment of the Residential Colleges in Balochistan. [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary 12th May, 2006] No.PAB/Legis;V(30)/2005, dated 12-5-2006.--The Balochistan Residential Colleges Bill, No. 7 of 2005 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 15th April, 2006 and assented to by the Governor of Balochisstan, is hereby published as an Act No.VIII of 2005 the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient to provide for the establishment of the Residential Colleges in Balochistan to promote education: It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 12. Property.---All property, movable or immovable, vesting in Government in connection with the affairs of the College immediately before the said day shall vest in the Board. In the event of Government rescinding the decision of establishment of College, the property vesting in the Board shall stand transferred to the Government.
