ACT XV OF 2009 ACT XV OF 2009 BALOCHISTAN SPORTS BOARD ACT, 2009 An Act to provide for the establishment of a Sports Board in the Province of Balochistan and the matters ancillary thereto [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 3rd November, 2009] No. PAB/Legis: V(15)/2009.5043, dated 3-11-2009.---The Balochistan Sports Board Bill, 2009 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 17th October, 2009 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 24th October, 2009 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient to establish a Sports Board in the Balochistan; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 5. Removal of a member.---The Executive Committee may be ordered in writing, remove a non-official member, if he, (a) refuses or fails to discharge or becomes incapable of discharging his duties under this Act, or (b) has, in the opinion of the Board abused his position as member; or (c) has, without reasonable cause, absented himself from three consecutive meetings of the Board; or (d) has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
