ACT XV OF 2009 ACT XV OF 2009 BALOCHISTAN SPORTS BOARD ACT, 2009 An Act to provide for the establishment of a Sports Board in the Province of Balochistan and the matters ancillary thereto [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary, 3rd November, 2009] No. PAB/Legis: V(15)/2009.5043, dated 3-11-2009.---The Balochistan Sports Board Bill, 2009 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 17th October, 2009 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 24th October, 2009 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient to establish a Sports Board in the Balochistan; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 16. Powers of the President Officer to incur expenditure.---The President of the District or City Sports Committee, as the case may be, shall have the power to incur expenditure on sports in the District or City in line with the policies and objectives laid down by the Board subject to such limits as may be prescribed.
