ACT VI OF 2007 ACT VI OF 2007 BALOCHISTAN SPEAKER'S AND DEPUTY SPEAKER'S (SALARIES ALLOWANCES AND PRIVILEGES) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975 (V of 1975) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 18th September, 2007] No.PAB/Legis:V(45)/2007, dated 18-9-2007.---The Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill 2007. Bill No. 9 of 2007 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 11th August, 2007 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan on 11th September, 2007 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in the manner hereinafter appearing; 1. Short title, and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Speaker's and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Act, 2007. (2) It shall come into force at once.
