AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES RULES, 1973 AGRICULTURAL PESTICIDES RULES, 1973 (Amendment of R.9(6)) [Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part II, 15th May, 2012] S.R.O. 501(I)/2012, dated 11-5-2012.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971 (II of 1971), the Federal Government, in consultation with the Agriculture Pesticides Technical Advisory Committee, is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Agricultural Pesticides Rules, 1973, the same, as required by subsection (1) of the said section, has been previously published vide Notification No. S.R.O. 196(I)/2010, dated the 18th March, 2010, namely:--- In the aforesaid Rues, in rule 9, in sub-rule (6), after the word "Protection" the words "and duly endorsed by the said department" shall be added.
