BALOCHISTAN PROSECUTION (B-16 AND BALOCHISTAN PROSECUTION (B-16 AND ABOVE) SERVICE RULES, 2006 (Amendment of Appendix) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 22nd March, 2010] No.SO(Legal)Pros:/(1-6)/2009/895-948, dated 22-3-2010.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 read with section 6(2) of the Balochistan Prosecution Service (Constitution, Functions and Powers) Act, 2003 (Act VI of 2003), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendment in the Balochistan Prosecution (B-16 and above) Service Rules, 2006, namely:-- In the aforesaid rules, in Appendix, after the serial number 1, the following new entries shall be added:-- 1. Additional Prosecutor General (B-19) (i) Degree in Law from a recognized University; and (ii) ten years experience as an Advocate of High Court; or Public Prosecutor with (10) years experience as such, or twelve years experience in the prescribed Civil Service. (i) 50% by initial recruitment; and (ii) 50% by promotion from amongst the members of the Service holding the post of Deputy Prosecutor General (B-18) with seven years Service as such, on seniority-cum-fitness basis; or by transfer. 2. Deputy Prosecutor General (B-18) (i) Degree in Law from a recognized University; and (ii) eight years practice as an Advocate of High Court; or Public Prosecutor with 8 years experience as such, or Seven years experience in the prescribed Civil Service. By initial recruitment. 3. District Public Prosecutor (B-18) (i) Degree in Law from a recognized University; and (ii) eight (8) years practice as an Advocate of High Court; or Public Prosecutor with 8 years experience as such, or Seven (7) years experience in the prescribed Civil Service. Superintendent (B-16) By promotion from amongst the members of the subordinate Service holding the post of Assistant (B-14) with at least five years service as such, on seniority-cum-fitness basis.
