BALOCHISTAN SHIP BREAKING BALOCHISTAN SHIP BREAKING INDUSTRY RLES, 1979 (Amendment of Sub-R.(2) of R.15) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 8th October, 2011] No.P&D-BDA(313)/2011/7951, dated 8-10-2011.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Balochistan Development Authority Act, 1947 (Act No.X of 1974), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendment in the Balochistan Ship Breaking Industry Rules, 1979, with immediate effect. 2. In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 15 in sub-rule (2) for the words and figures Rs.30/- per tonnage fee appearing after words "at the rate of", the words and figures will be "Rs.100 per ton" shall be substitutes with immediate effect.
