REGULATION II OF 1974 REGULATION II OF 1974 BALUCHISTAN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT (EXTENSION TO THE TRIBAL AREAS OF BALUCHISTAN) REGULATION, 1974 1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This Regulation may be called the Baluchistan Development Authority Act (Extension to the Triba' Areas of Baluchistan) Regulation, 1974. (2) It extends to the whole of the tribal areas of the Province of Baluchistan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th January, 1974.
