Extension of Baluchistan Development Authority Act, 1974, to the triba areas of Baluchistan.-The provisions of the Baluchistan Development Authority Act, 1974 (Baluchistan Act No. X of 1974), and the rules made thereunder shall apply to the whole of the tribal areas of the Province of Baluchistan as they apply to the other areas of the Province.
