ACT XXIII OF 2011 ACT XXIII OF 2011 ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011 An Act to amend the Anti-Dumping Duties Ordinance, 2000 [Gazette of Pakistan Extraordinary, Part I, 20th December, 2011] No. F. 22 (29)/2008-Legis., dated 20-12-2011.---The following Act of Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament) received the assent of the President on the 15th December, 2011, and is hereby published for general information:-- Whereas it is expedient to amend the Anti-Dumping Duties Ordinance, 2000 (LXV of 2000), for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 1. Short title, and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Anti-Dumping Duties (Amendment) Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force at once.
