ACT VI OF 2010 ACT VI OF 2010 BALOCHISTAN ANIMAL SLAUGHTER CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 An Act further to amend the West Pakistan Animal Slaughter Control Act, 1963 (West Pakistan Act No.111 of 1963) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th May, 2010] No. PAB/Legis: V(6)/2010. 224, dated 20-5-2010. ---The Balochistan Animal Slaughter Control (Amendment) Bill, 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 14th May, 2010 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 19th May, 2010 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the West Pakistan Animal Slaughter Control Act, 1963 (West Pakistan Act No.III of 1963), for the purposes hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows: 3. Amendment of section 8, W.P. Act III of 1963.---In the aforesaid Act in section 8, in subsection (1), for the words "two hundred rupees", "one month", "six months" and "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees", "six months", "one year" and "ten thousand rupees", shall be substituted, respectively.
