ORDINANCE II OF 2011 ORDINANCE II OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN ESSENTIAL HEALTH SERVICES (CODE Of CONDUCT) ORDINANCE, 2011 An Ordinance to make provisions for better regulation of Health Services in Balochistan and the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 18th June, 2011] Legis:2-20/Law/2011, dated 18-6-2011.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 17th June, 2011 is hereby published for general information. Preamble.--Whereas it is necessary to make provisions for the different cadres of Health Services such as to establish a professional, efficient, effective, accountable and disciplined service for ensuring the maintenance of Health Care and for mobilization in the event of any exigency as well as the situation caused due to any natural disaster, it is expedient to provide for regulation of the Balochistan Essential Health Service and for the matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; And whereas the Provincial assembly of Balochistan is not in session and the Governor is satisfied that circumstances, exist which render it necessary to take immediately action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128(1) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-- CHAPTER-III RULE, DELEGATION OF POWERS AND INDEMNITY 17. Delegation of powers.---(1) In order to give effect to the provisions of this Ordinance, Government may, by a notification in the official Gazette, delegate all or any of its powers under this Ordinance to the Provincial Health Department or an authority subordinate to it. (2) The Provincial Health Department may delegate all or any of its powers under this Ordinance to an authority subordinate to it.
