ORDINANCE II OF 2011 ORDINANCE II OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN ESSENTIAL HEALTH SERVICES (CODE Of CONDUCT) ORDINANCE, 2011 An Ordinance to make provisions for better regulation of Health Services in Balochistan and the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 18th June, 2011] Legis:2-20/Law/2011, dated 18-6-2011.---The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 17th June, 2011 is hereby published for general information. Preamble.--Whereas it is necessary to make provisions for the different cadres of Health Services such as to establish a professional, efficient, effective, accountable and disciplined service for ensuring the maintenance of Health Care and for mobilization in the event of any exigency as well as the situation caused due to any natural disaster, it is expedient to provide for regulation of the Balochistan Essential Health Service and for the matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; And whereas the Provincial assembly of Balochistan is not in session and the Governor is satisfied that circumstances, exist which render it necessary to take immediately action; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128(1) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-- SECOND SCHEDULE (See section 5(1) PROCLAMATION Through News Paper GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN Health Department Dated Quetta, the______(month), 20_______ PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, it is expressed with deep sense of sorrow that [(reasons to be recorded whether there is strike or whether a natural ' calamity has attacked in (name of place)]. 2. WHEREAS, in view of above, it is the prime responsibility of health department to play its vital role for the relief of people. 3. AND WHEREAS, I, being Competent Authority am of the opinion that private practice in (name of place) may be banned. 4. NOW THEREFORE, you are hereby called upon to forthwith undo private practice for (mention time) and resume your service at your place of posting or at places as may be directed from time to time. 5. PLEASE TAKE notice that in case of non-obedience, penalty of dismissal from health services and disqualification shall be imposed on you in exercise of powers conferred under section 5(2) of Balochistan Essential Health Services (Code of Conduct) Ordinance, 2011.
