ACT VII OF 2010 ACT VII OF 2010 BALOCHISTAN GOATS (RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Goats (Restriction) Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No.XLII of 1959) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th. May, 2010] No. PAB/Legis: V(7)/2010-223 dated 20-5-2010.-The Balochistan Goats (Restriction) (Amendment) Bill, 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 14th May, 2010 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 19th May, 2010 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochisan Goats (Restriction) Ordinance, 1959 (West Pakistan Ordinance No.XLII of 1959), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:
