P. Ordinance V of 1960). [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 24th August, 2011] No. PAB/Legis: V (00)/2011, dated 24-8-2011.---The Balochistan Historical Mosques and Shrines Cess Fund (Amendment) Bill No. IX of 2011, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 16th August, 2011 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 24th August, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Historical Mosques and Shrines Cess Fund Ordinance, 1960 (W.P. Ordinance V of 1960), in the manner hereinafter appearing: It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 1. Short title and commencement.---(1) This Act may be called the Balochistan Historical Mosques and Shrines Cess Fund, (Amendment) Act, 2011. (2) It extends to the whole of Balochistan except the Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force at once.
