ACT XI OF 2010 ACT XI OF 2010 BALOCHISTAN LAND LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 An Act further to amend certain land laws [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th July, 2010] No.PAB/Legis:V(12)/2010, dated 7-7-2010.--The Balochistan Land Laws (Amendment) Bill 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochsitan on 1st July, 2010, and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan, on 5th July, 2010, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend certain laws in the manner herein after appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 2. Amendment of Certain Land Laws.---In the land laws specified in column 3 of the following schedule to the Act are hereby amended to the extent specified against each in column 4 of the said schedule.
