ACT XI OF 2010 ACT XI OF 2010 BALOCHISTAN LAND LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 An Act further to amend certain land laws [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th July, 2010] No.PAB/Legis:V(12)/2010, dated 7-7-2010.--The Balochistan Land Laws (Amendment) Bill 2010 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochsitan on 1st July, 2010, and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan, on 5th July, 2010, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient further to amend certain laws in the manner herein after appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- SCHEDULE S.No. Name & year Short title Amendments of enactment (1) (2) (3) (4) 1 Act No.1 of 1894 The Land Acquisition Act, 1894 In section 3 clause (c) for the words "Executive District Officer Revenue)" the words "Deputy Commissioner" shall be substituted. 2. Balochistan Act No.XVII of 1967 Balochistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 For subsection (2) section 7, the following shall be substituted namely: "(2) The Deputy Commissioner of the District or the Officer performing for the time being functions as such, shall be the Collector thereof."
