ACT III OF 2011 ACT III OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 201'1 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 (XXXI of 1960) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 2nd April, 2010] No.PAB/Legis:V (03)/2011, dated 2-4-2011.--Having been passed the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Bill No.3 of 2011, by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 29th March, 2011 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 31st March, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 (XXXI of 1960) in the manner hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows:
