ACT III OF 2011 ACT III OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ORDER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 201'1 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 (XXXI of 1960) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 2nd April, 2010] No.PAB/Legis:V (03)/2011, dated 2-4-2011.--Having been passed the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order (Amendment) Bill No.3 of 2011, by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 29th March, 2011 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 31st March, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance, 1960 (XXXI of 1960) in the manner hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows: 2. Amendment of sections 3, 5, 8 and 26 Ordinance No.XXXI of 1960.---In the Balochistan Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance 1960 (Ordinance No.XXXI of 1960), in sections 3, 5, 8 and 26 for the words "District Administrative Officer in 'B' Area and District Police Officer in 'A' Area "wherever occurs the words "Deputy Commissioner" shall be substituted.
