ACT IV OF 2011 ACT IV OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN MINES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011 An Act further to amend the Mines Act 1923 (Act No.IV of 1923) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th May, 2011] No. PAB/Legis .V(04)/2011-1462, dated 20-5-2011. --The Balochistan Mines (Amendment) Bill No.4 of 2011, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th May, 2011 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 18th May, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Mines Act, 1923 (Act No.IV of 1923) in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 2. Amendment of section 30-A, Act No.IV of 1923.---In the Mines Act, 1923 (Act No.IV of 1923), hereinafter referred as the said Act in section 30-A, in clause (d), for the words "duty of excise" the words "duty of Safety/Rescue/Training" and for the words "three paisa" the words "five rupees" shall be substituted.
