ACT IV OF 2011 ACT IV OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN MINES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011 An Act further to amend the Mines Act 1923 (Act No.IV of 1923) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th May, 2011] No. PAB/Legis .V(04)/2011-1462, dated 20-5-2011. --The Balochistan Mines (Amendment) Bill No.4 of 2011, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 7th May, 2011 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 18th May, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Mines Act, 1923 (Act No.IV of 1923) in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:-- 3. Amendment of section 36, Act No.IV of 1921---In the said Act, in section 36, after the word "fine" the words "not less than four thousand rupees" shall be inserted and for the words "four hundred" the words "six thousand" shall be substituted.
