ACT I OF 2011 ACT I OF 2011 BALOCHISTAN PROVINCIAL EMPLOYEES GROUP INSURANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011 An Act further to amend the Balochistan Provincial Employees Group Insurance Act, 2009 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 7th February, 2011. No. PAB/Legis-V(1)2011.1005, dated 7-2-2011.--Having been passed the Balochistan Provincial Employees Group Insurance (Amendment) Bill No. l of 2011 by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 28th January, 2011 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan on 3rd February, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Provincial Employees Group Insurance Act, 2009 (Act No. X of 2009) in the manner and for the purpose , hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows: 4. Amendment of section 14, Balochistan Act No.X of 2009.---In the said Act in section 14, for the words "of the schedule" the words, figure and sign "and column 3 of the Schedule respectively." Shall be substituted.
