ACT II of 2011 ACT II of 2011 BALOCHISTAN TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING AUTHORITY ACT, 2011 An Act to provide for establishment of Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority and for matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto [Gazette of Balochistan Extraordinary 24th March, 2011] No. PAB/Legis:V(02)/2011.1168, dated 24-3-2011.--The Balochistan Technical Education and Vocational training Authority Bill No.2 of 2011, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 18th March, 2011 and assented to by the Governor Balochistan on 24th March, 2011 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly. Preamble.--Whereas it is expedient to provide for establishment of Balochistan Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority to regulate and promote vocational training and technical education facilities in various disciplines, trades and technologies and to provide for financing of training programmes and for matters ancillary or incidental thereto. It is hereby enacted as follows: 12. Audit and Accounts.--(l) The Authority shall maintain its accounts of receipts and expenditure in such manner as may be prescribed by the Controller General of Accounts. (2) The accounts of the Authority shall be audited by the Director Audit Balochistan or any officer authorized by him in such manner as the Director-General Audit may think fit. (3) The Authority " may also get its accounts audited by a Chartered Accountant firm to, be appointed with the approval of Government. (4) The Director-General Audit shall, soon after the completion of audit, submit the audit report on the accounts of Authority and the Board under intimation to the Government and the Commisison (NAVTEC).
