BALOCHISTAN FOREST DEPARTMENT EXECUTIVE BALOCHISTAN FOREST DEPARTMENT EXECUTIVE (GRADE 1 TO 15) SERVICE RULES, 1982 (Substitution of Serial Nos.2 and 3 in the appendix) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th August, 2012] No.S.O.(R-II)(6)1/2012-S&GAD/1525-75, dated 28-8-2012.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No.IX of 1974), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendments in the Balochistan Forest Department Executive (Grade 1 to 15) Service Rules, 1982, namely:-- In the aforesaid rules, in appendix, for Serial Nos.2 and 3, the following shall be substituted, namely: 2 Forester (BPS-7) (a) Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized Board; and (b) Three years' Diploma in Forestry from a recognized Institute. (a) 60% by initial recruitment; and (b) 40% by promotion from amongst the members of the Service holding the post of Forest Guard (BPS-5) having at least three (3) years' service as such, on seniority cum fitness basis. 3. Forest Guard (BPS-5) (a) Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board; and (b) Six months' course from a recognized Forest Institute. By Initial recruitment.
