ACT VII of 2012 ACT VII of 2012 BALOCHISTAN TRANSPLANTATION OF HUMAN ORGANS AND TISSUES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2012 An Act further to amend the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 2010 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 3rd October, 2012 No.PAB/Legis:V(8)/2012/138, dated 3-10-2012.---The Balochistan Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues (Amendment) Bill, 2012 Bill No.8 of 2012, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 27th September, 2012 and assented to by the Governor, Balochistan on 1st October, 2012 is hereby published as an Act of the Balochistan provincial Assembly. Preamble.---Whereas it is expedient to amend the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act 2010 (Act No. VI of 2010) for the purposes hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 6. Amendment in section 18 of Act VI of 2010.---In the said Act, in section 18, (a) for the word "President", the word "Government" shall be substituted; and (b) for the word "he" the word "it" shall be substituted.
