BALOCHISTAN DIRECTORATE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM (BPS-16 AND ABOVE) SERVICE RULES, 2009 BALOCHISTAN DIRECTORATE OF CULTURE AND TOURISM (BPS-16 AND ABOVE) SERVICE RULES, 2009 (Amendments) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 20th December, 2010] No.SOR-II(12)2/S&GAD/12366-415, dated 20-12-2010.---In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Balochisan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No.IX of 1974), the Government of Balochisan is pleased to make the following amendments in the Balochistan Directorate of Culture and Tourism (BPS-16 and above) Service Rules, 2009, namely:-- In the aforesaid rules,-- 1. in the reference clause for the words "the Directorate of Culture and Tourism Balochistan" the words "the Directorate of Tourism Balochistan" shall be substituted; 2. in rule 1, in sub-rule (1) for the words the "Directorate of Culture and Tourism Balochistan" the words the "Directorate of Tourism Balochistan" shall be substituted; 3. in the appendix, for S.No.3 the following shall be substituted:- 3. Assistant Director (B-17). ----- By promotion from amongst the members of the Service holding the post of Tourist Information Officer (B-16) and Superintendent (B-16) having at least 3 years service as such, on seniority cum fitness basis.
