BALOCHISTAN GOVERNMENT DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER THE FINANCIAL RULES AND THE POWERS OF RE-APPROPRIATION RULES, 2008 BALOCHISTAN GOVERNMENT DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER THE FINANCIAL RULES AND THE POWERS OF RE-APPROPRIATION RULES, 2008 (Amendments) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 29th November, 2013] No.FD.SO (Reg-II)II-24/2013/2195-2295, dated 29-11-2013.---In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 119 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendments in the Balochistan Government Delegation of Powers under the Financial Rules and the Powers of Re-appropriation Rules, 2008, namely:-- In the aforesaid rules,-- (a) in rule 4, in the proviso to the explanation, after the words and comma "High Court," the words and comma "Chairman Balochistan Service Tribunal," shall be inserted; and (b) in the THIRD SCHEDULE, after Sr. No.24, as amended on 10-06-2013, the following new Sr. No. shall be added:-- "25. BALOCHISTAN SERVICE TRIBUNAL "25.1 Power to sanction expenditure on any item from within the allocated budget of the Balochistan Service Tribunal. 1. Chairman, Balochistan Service Tribunal. Full Powers 25.2 Power to create new posts and abolish old posts. 1. Chairman, Balochistan Service Tribunal. Full Powers: Provided that expenditure is met from within the allocated budget of the Balochistan Service Tribunal. 25.3 Power to change the nomenclature and upgrade / down-grade any post. 1. Chairman, Balochistan Service Tribunal. Full Powers: Provided that expenditure is met from within the allocated budget of the Balochistan Service Tribunal. 25.4 Re-appropriation of funds from one head of account to another head of account. 1. Chairman, Balochistan Service Tribunal. Full Powers, remaining within the allocated budget of the Balochistan Service Tribunal. Note:- Powers specified in this part are in addition to and not is substitution of the powers mentioned in the SECOND SCHEDULE.
