BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERS (CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL) (B-16 AND ABOVE) SERVICE RULES, 1989 BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERS (CIVIL, ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL) (B-16 AND ABOVE) SERVICE RULES, 1989 (Amendments) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 18th November, 2013] No.S.O.(R-II)(20)1/2013-S&GAD/1739-88, dated 18-11-2013.---In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 (Act No. IX of 1974), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the following amendments in the Balochistan Public Health Engineering Department, Engineers (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) (B-16 and above) Service Rules, 1989, namely:-- In the aforesaid rules,-- (1) in recital, the parenthesis with the words and a comma "(Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)", appearing after the word "Engineers" shall be omitted; (2) in rule 1, in sub-rule (1), the parentheses with the words and a comma "(Civil, Electrical and Mechanical)", appearing after the word "Engineers" shall be omitted; (3) in the Appendix, against Serial No.4, in column No.4, for clauses (b) and (c), the following shall be substituted. "(b) 10% by promotion from amongst the members of the Service holding the post of Sub-Engineer (BPS-11) with Bachelor's of Engineering prior to induction in the Service, having at least seven (7) years' service as such, on seniority cum fitness basis; (c) 10% by promotion from amongst the members of the Service holding the post of Sub-Engineer (BPS-11) acquiring the Bachelor's of Engineering during the Service, having at leas seven (7) years', service as such, on seniority cum fitness basis;"
