[Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th March, 2014] CHAPTER III PRELIMINARY PROTECTION OF WILD ANIMALS 9. Wild Animals to be the property of Government.---All wild animals, free ranging or captive, tamed or untamed, found within the territorial jurisdiction of the Province shall be deemed to be the property of Government.
