ACT XIV OF 2014 ACT XIV OF 2014 BALOCHISTAN WILDLIFE (PROTECTION, PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT) ACT, 2014 An Act to provide protection, preservation, conservation, sustainable and management to the Wildlife, and establishment and management of protection areas in the Province of Balochistan. [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 28th March, 2014] CHAPTER V POSSESSION AND DISPLAY OF WILD ANIMALS 20. Certificate of Lawful Possession Display.---(1) No person shall display any wild animal of an indigenous or exotic species, dead or alive and trophy thereof unless he is in possession of a "no objection certificate" for display granted in respect thereof by an officer authorized in this behalf, in addition to a certificate of lawful possession issued under section 19 of this Act. (2) An officer specifically authorized in this behalf may issue, at his discretion, a no objection certificate for display of wild animals at a public place for a specified purpose, place and period. (3) Every person in possession of any wild animal whether exotic or indigenous shall produce his certificate of lawful possession and no objection certificate for display on demand made by an officer or any other person authorized by Government in this behalf. (4) No person shall counterfeit, change or alter in any way a no-objection certificate issued under subsection (2).
