Wild Animals Found Dead or Hunted Unlawfully.---(1) Any wild animal which is found dead or dying or which has been killed, caught or acquired other than in accordance with the provisions of this Act and any meat or part of it shall be deemed to be the property of the Government. (2) Any person in possession of such property shall handover its possession to the authorized officer.
